Giles Russell

Giles is focused on delivering efficient operations and exceptional customer experiences at Aventuur’s surf parks, and is helping shape the culture and systems used at Aventuur.

Prior to Aventuur, Giles co-founded and grew Two Hands Hospitality in New York into a multi-venue business recognised for its community-led approach to hospitality and customer experience. Following Two Hands, Giles co-founded and led the creation of a content and community management software platform at Adash. He later joined Blackbird Ventures, where he led the relaunch of Lilypad, Blackbird’s online recruitment platform, connecting top talent with companies across the Blackbird portfolio.

Giles is passionate about surfing, fatherhood, faith, and creating a life rich in connection, adventure, and meaning.
