Landon Knight

Landon is focused on the underwriting, analysis, and due diligence of Aventuur’s global investment activities.

Prior to joining Aventuur, Landon worked as a Senior Associate at Ascendant Capital Partners, where he was responsible for underwriting the firm’s acquisition activities, and assisting in the asset management of existing investments. He began his career at Colony Capital, covering acquisitions and originations in all major asset classes across national markets. During his time with Ascendant and Colony, Landon was involved in closing over $3 billion worth of investments.

Landon lives in Santa Monica and is a passionate surfer, skier, mountaineer, and golfer. Most weekends, you’ll find him on a beach, atop a mountain, or searching for his golf ball in someone’s backyard.
