Paul Turbow

Paul is focused on providing strategic legal advice to our team, advising on legal, transactional, governance and risk matters.

Paul has 15 years’ experience as a transactional real estate attorney and in-house corporate counsel, possessing deep knowledge of how a wide array of real estate asset classes are acquired, financed, developed and operated. His expertise extends to negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements, and overseeing corporate governance and risk management.

Prior to joining Aventuur, Paul was Corporate Counsel at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where he played a pivotal role in negotiating, structuring and executing sophisticated billion-dollar real estate transactions, while also managing corporate legal matters.

Previously, he was Associate Counsel at IMG, providing legal support to Endeavor’s live entertainment and sports events business units and worked as a real estate associate at Sidley Austin LLP. Paul is admitted to practice law in California.

Residing in Los Angeles with his wife and two children, Paul maintains an active interest in fitness, health and wellness, consuming all types of sports, and cooking. He is also eager to begin his surfing journey.
